Our IRON team's mission is to build and implement a superior holistic approach to integrate all performance domains to increase resiliency, provide tools to optimize performance, and establish a network of professional experts to link Airmen to the resources they need in all domains.

As an organization under the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF), we also assist in sustaining the Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission readiness and longevity by actively working to streamline the information that directly affects our Air Force members and their families.
