HOW CAN WE HELP

Our IRON team's mission is to build and implement a superior holistic approach to integrating all performance domains to increase resiliency, provide tools to optimize performance, and establish a network of professional experts to link Airmen to the resources they need in all domains.

As an organization under the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF), we also assist in sustaining the Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission readiness and longevity by actively working to streamline the information that directly affects our Air Force members and their families.

This page acts as a launchpad to that relevant information, starting with the domain resources that can be found directly to the right.
